Non-Ranged Combat arts Miss 100% of the time.

The only time I have seen a log like that is when you place auto attack on a green mob then go for a bio lol.... Its as if you havent been using any arts at all.... I dont have a ranger but I have noticed that my lvl 46 wizzy is taking longer to kill mobs now and all my nukes and stuff are either AD3 or Master as well, I will pay a bit more attention to the logs on my chars and if I find anything of interest will let you know
