Missing scrollbars.

anyone know why I'm missing scrollbars? the ones that come to mind immediately are my knowledge window and the map spoiler window.
Any help appreciated.
I'm using the following mods
Drums knowledge,
Vert ui,
map spoiler,
mother set price,
profit ui market
vert.
