error updating

i do have a router its a voip i use for my vonage i disconnected it and ran updater again and think got same error.
I have a 2nd computer that i play 2nd toon on from time to time it hasnt been updated to EoF yet and has no problems updating and my main only started having trouble after i updated it with EoF.
