Most customisable UI

Hi there I wondered which of the main mods offers most control over how it looks.

In particular Im finding most mods make things a wee bit too small at high resolutions and stuff is still too big at lowe res. Particularly bags, guess my eyesight sint great). Is there anything that gives control over scaling? (the more items the better) Much how you can scale chat text and hotbar icons with the default UI.

Generally I'm really looking for ergonomic improvements (so usually less is more!) or added functionality (so stuff like implied targets, click to heal, auto grind (well maybe not the last one

Any advice recomendations?
