Default EQ@ Map Resolution problem

I am not a spring chicken and my eyes are not what they used to be so I have certain things like icons and the DPI settings (110) changed to larger so I may see things without squinting, but when I use the updater it is very ugly and graphics and text fall off the sides.

Is there anyway to make this work with my settings? I have the resolution set as high as I can stand it but still messes up the patcher.

Or tell me what settings I can change to make this fit properly?

It is the dpi setting that is causing this. I think a fixed version is in the works, but until then why not use it as it is. It will still work, and if you need to see what is written you can always make the window larger.

Funky desktop background image btw, I should include a skin for my UI like that just for fun.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.

I'm sure theres a way but the person who programed the patcher (taco-man) no longer plays eq2 so you'll have to live with it for now or put your dpi back to normal. Sorry.

Ok, I stand corrected, nothing is in the works.

Ok, I can live with it, but if there was a fix I wanted to try =)

I cannot put the DPI back to normal without getting major headaches from squinting at the screen =p

Thanks for the replies, very appreciated <3

And gm9 if you made a skin with this wallpaper it would be wonderful, and if you would like a copy of it I can send it to you.

I noticed one set of Fae wings looks nearly identical to my desktop, so of course I chose those wings, pretty spiffy!!
