Fetish Nightfall Full Release

When I load Fetish Nightfall, which is one of my favorite UI's, the opening splash screen while loading has a white space where Fetish should appear (under EQ2 Kingdom of Sky). Also when it reaches the character select screen, character names are whited out as well as the bar that displays all the character names. Any idea why this may be happening? When I use the default UI, everything displays properly.
