Are you using the same handle as your EQ account handle? Its possible its trying to add a new handle on top of the old or wont accept anything except the handle you originally used.

I had the same problem when I switched from EQ to EQ2. You might have to give it a day for the Sony logon servers to sort out your user names and scheme. My problem was Internet Explorer. It was causing the error and keeping something in the page files (memory buffers). I hand to close IE restart it clear the history and temp files to clear up the problem.
