Keep in mind, also, that some mobs, items, or nameds spawn at mutiple points. For example, on the "An Eye for Power" HQ, the gems you need may spawn over a wide area. In the "Words of Pure Magic" quest, there are two seperate spawns for each language thingy, in 8 different zones.

I'm aware of that however, Live Update 24 changed quite a few quests by making them obsolete/no longer available and also made some spawns static...I just got done submitting roughly 30 invalid POI locations.
