the command to get the window to show in game is

/show_window Inventory.HTML

If you want to change the default "homepage" then you need to add the following to your eq2.ini file

/cl_homepage websitewithfullpath.htm

you can also, I think, type the /cl_homepage command ingame but if you have a value in the ini file I think that takes precedent

This also works with locally stored html files on your machine and is an alternative way to be able to have notes displayed ingame although you cant add notes without tabbing out
