Windows Opacity and Clicky Thru Help

I'm working on a few UI peices and mostly learning and hopeing to release some of this. What I have is this.



It all works the target and implied target disapears when nothing is targeted and all that. But it has no opacity nor clicky thru capability. I'm not worried about the opacity really but how do I enable click thru? When I'm not targeting anything it's just a wide invisable box thats in the way. So if anyone can run me through it I'd apreciate it. Oh and If it's not possible can anyone think of a work around? But the clicky thru is priorty for learning purposes. And feel free to take a peek.
