Location Compass - Request

I'm not looking for an always visible loc. I'm pretty sure that's not possible.

I'm just looking for a compass with the +/- indicators on it (like the one I linked to for EQ1).

I'm pretty sure it's a simple process to do. I just don't have the interface modding know-how to do it myself.
