Doh! Missed adding the Language window to the popups file. Quick fix for that..

open eq2ui_popup.xml in Notepad
add

Reskinned Language window attached.

I'll look into the vault issue. Not sure why it wouldn't size to whater number of slots you are supposed to get. It uses the bag window wich is set to do that.
