I wasnt talking about a file deleting itself, I was talking about the entry to the xml file deleting itself. When EQ2 loads it says it had a update and when it updates it removed the addition to the eq2ui_mainhud.xml file.

<include>eq2ui_mainhud_infocenter.xml</include>

To your eq2ui_mainhud.xml file.
