Experience bar with %, Class, and level ( but 3/4 )

try this, i am doing it from work w/ notepad and photoshop so no gurantees as to if it works or not (it should) because i have no ui editor or EQ2 to test it with. Let me know if it works or not, also whoever made that exp bar from the link that was posted, its his code i just modified the the Size, ScrollExtent, and SourceRect for the exp bars and graphics. there should be a dds file in the image folder, that is necesarry for it to work, or else it will look completely wrong.
