The Journal is indeed modded by me but the category sort you are requesting is already there.
Just click on the sort dropdown.

Sorry to have posted with non relevant issues. Thank you for letting me know. In any case, its still something I'd like to see altered tho regardless of who is responsible it was just my little wish list
