Fetish Nightfall Full Release

Found another window that doesn't have any response buttons. For exmaple, there is no "OK", "Back", Cancel buttons.

At character select, if you have a character still in the world and you try to enter the game you get an error message. That message is "You currently have a character in the world. Please try again in a few minutes". That window has no way to close and return to the game.

I would guess this is UI related. Fetish Nightfall and EQ2Map are the only UIs I am using.
