extremeUI v2... con system question

i have just started using the extreme v2 interface.... seems great so far... though i have one question.. on the original eq2 interface that comes with the game ...when you are running around it shows if something is heroic and the level in plain view for all creatures... is there a compatiable download or a setting i could change to bring this feature back???? any help would be great.

Hello, If you look up in the top left corner you'll see a button that says 'Con 0' or 'Con 1'... just click it and it will display 2 different /con for the target. Just select the 1 you like

i installed this UI and love it... its the only UI i have ever installed though so i guess i dont have much for comparison... but, i love it all the same... the problem ihit though was... wen i had to go and get equipment repaired i could not get anything repaired.... id love to know how to fix this because i went back to the original UI and man does it stink in comparison... but my equipment does need to be repaired.... so what to do???


id love to reinstall this UI but not sure what to do about the merchant issue... any help would be great... im not super computer guru literate so step by step instructions would be great...

i also had downloaded the hot fix and unziped it ... still had the merchat problem...

any help would be great...

Did you unzip the hotfix into the extreme folder?

Typically right click on the hotfix zip file and left click on extract, when the box pops up to choose where to extract it to, the default folder would be:

c:\program files\sony\everquest 2\UI\extreme

Simply migrate to this area and click to highlight the extreme folder and click extract. You should then see 7 or 8 "over-write" dialog boxes if you click them to over-write one by one (you can just click to over-write them all).

Start it up again and see if that works.

Thanks for helping out guys I should really get the hotfix into the main dl. But I see the LU has a lot of ui bugs grr I mean updates in it. So I'll prob push a new ver out by monday.
