Was your crashing involving "loading UI Resources" screen locking up?

This was fixed after DOF first went live and seemed not a problem till LU15. Now I am seeing it happen again.

My custom effects/maintained all work as far as I know. They are my mods, but seems to not affect the game. Unless that is why I am getting this sporatic "Loading UI Resources" screen stop/hang.
