Delete eq2ui_specialelements.xml from your OCD dir. That will fix your bleeding problem. Sorry about this error, I actually deleted the changes to this file from my custom mod with LU13 because Sony changed the way EQ2 handles this file. However, I forgot to mention that this file needed to be deleted.
