Fetish Nightfall Full Release

I have follow the instruction in the release note file in order to make the personal bar always here when I login.....however, I cannot find the stated code in the _Fetish_mainhud_personabar.xml file.......

The following is the instruction in the release file.

Personabar
Persistent Display: Make sure you’ve installed the desired Personabar first. Then open the persona file _Fetish_mainhud_personabar.xml in Notepad and search for the following code:
PackLocation="left,fff"
Replace with the following code:
OnHide="visible=true" PackLocation="left,fff"
Save and Exit.
