When I open up my guild menu the event list is blank as if the guild did nothing. At the bottom tho it does say "500/500". So i'm pretty sure we did do something. The only thing that does show data is the members tab. Need help to fix? Thanks.

That's some odd stuff going on there Lyte.
Try uninstalling, deleting the ThorUI folder, then reinstalling the latest version.
(4.8.3 is coming in just a sec)

FYI, My mod doesn't modify the guild window in any fasion currently.
An earlier version had a minimize button added but since Sony is getting ready do do some more modding of that window, I thought it was best to back away from it until they are done. (A minimize button isn't worth a user not being able to use it at all.)

That just makes me think more and more that you have some files from a previous version in there.
A couple earlier version of my installer had some uninstall issues, hence my removing those registry entries. (In other words, no more control panel/registry entries since 4.8

Do the ol clean slate and uninstall, delete ThorUI folder, then reinstall.

Let me know if this also fixes the other issue. That ones still bugging me

I had the same Problem last night when I downloaded the new version , I went into the main Eq file deleted a thor Ui that apprently did not get removed from the uninstall program ,redownloaded and My guild event window came back as usual.

It's not that big of an issue, but I noticed last night that the bank window is kinda bugged. The "Close" button in the top right (the X) does not function properly. When I mouse over it, the pointer changes to the "Move" pointer (the one with the crosshairs on it).

Like I said, it's not that big of a deal, as the window can be closed using the Escape key. Just thought I'd mention it.

The guild window problem i was having is fixed and the new version is much better. I did noticed that bank window bug to but forgot to mention. I'm glad it was brought up. Haven't come across any bugs yet. I did check on that mirror graphic problem but still remains. For me it goes away once i play with letter box. I know you dont need to worry about that. The new version works great

It's me again.

I downloaded the newer version. and it is better than the one I downloaded the other day. I'm not sure if someone mentioned this or not. but you can not esc out of the inventory window, you actually have to click on the x. Also I am unable to just hit enter and type while it is open. I have to actually click on the chat line and then type.

I liked the slim group design. where it only showed the health bars. even though it couldnt go transparent it was fine since the were much smaller. I did install the hotfix but it changed them back to the bigger ones. Not a big deal, I'm keeping the bigger ones since they are not transparent in the background. just thought I would mentoin it incase someone likes the smaller ones better.

Again, awesome job and thank you so much for making the group window transparent

I have a question about the persona window. Since you revamp I have noticed that alot of the persona window has disappeared. Where do u change your prefix and suffix and update your Bio? Please let me know if you moved them to a different place or if there is a work around. Thanks and this is an awsome UI.

Inventory:
Yup, inventory designed to stay open and minimized.
you chat by starting with a / or clicking
If you don't like it just delete the "eq2ui_inventory_inventory.xml" from the ThorUI
I actually plan on changing the install to include everything as optional.

Player and Groupmember Window:
As stated in the hofix section that is only for the normal player and group windows. I'll have the others with the next release.

Thx for a great interface mate.

I just have one problem, i'm trying to get the interface to look like in your screenshots. I've used your ini-files so it does look like the screenshots, all except the groupbar..

It just has the original look.. :-/
Any way for me to change it? I'm using the beta version (4.7.1)

Hmm...I'm using the 4.8.3 version.
The notes say you changed the toggle inventory button back to the toggle bag version; however, when I hit the button it still toggles the inventory. I have uninstalled all previous versions, but can't get the toggle bag option.

The bank window is once again working properly since upgrading to v4.8.3

I've notniced another small issue, though (can't remember if it was there w/ 4.8.2 or not)......that being the chat window. More specifically the Tab bar on top.

On the 1280x1024 resolution, the arrow buttons to the right (which allow you to cycle through the tabs) appear to overlap the edge of the last tab.

(Sorry if I'm seeming nitpicky with these small things..not trying to be)

No, not nit picky at all. And just for the record I want to hear all issues as it helps me track everything down.

I actually caught that one shortly after release and had hoped to upload the next release last night that will resolve it.

I'm REAL close to being able to remove "eq2ui.xml" and "eq2ui_mainhud.xml" in my UI. (This would free the UI up so that updates like LU12 will no longer crash players and such so they can't login) They would simply recieve a message saying their UI peice needs to be updated.
I may break down and go ahead an update now though as the last windows are the Knowledge Book, and Tradeskill windows. (They are a bit more complex and will require a bit more time to make sure they are done right.)

I recently downloaded and installed the ThorUI interface, and I must say it's made my gaming experience MUCH better!
The only very small issue I have found, is that when I am crafting, my XP bar doesn't change to allow me to see my crafting XP. I can look in my persona window of course, but would love to see it on the XP bar just like I see my adventure XP. I've tried changing it manually, but I don't even see the option for tradeskill XP when I rick click on it. I haven't seen any one else reporting this, but it's happening to 2 of my computers.
Please advise

Screenshot would help here tremendously but I'll take a stab at it.

Have you tried "unlocking" the experience bar and "dragging" the bottom out?
You should have all three, Adventure, Tradeskill, and Guild EXP info.

If that wasn't it, throw in a screeny and we'll go from there.

On the bank window in the top left corner, their is a bag toggle and a bank toggle. I pressed the bag toggle and it opened up all of my bags, very nice. I didn't know what bank toggle did but assumed it would open all my bank bags. Nothing opened at all though, what is the bank toggle suppose to do? Thank you.

Yep, just getting prepared for LU13

After Sony releases their Live Update 13 the box icon will toggle open all bank boxes.

v 4.8.4 , on my persona window i dont have any tabs so all i can see is my stats .... which is a problem , i cant change prefix/suffix titles , cant see faction, cant see my paper doll, i have uninstalled 3 times and re installed ... so idk really would like to change my titles, other than that this ui rocks

Please read the first sentence in the main post of this thread.

Persona tabs are not available until LU13.
If that is an issue you may simply rename "eq2ui_mainhud_persona.xml" to "eq2ui_mainhud_persona.xml.old"
This will return your persona window to the default Sony version.

Pseudo-hijacking this thread with a non-related post (well, at least not related to the UI discussion).....

You can manually change titles via the /title command

Use this command to pull up a list of all available titles, then the last line in the list will be the command argument string

Example: /title /setsuffix 6
Result (at least for me): setting my Treasure Hunter title

Hello!
First of all thanks for your great work!
I have a simple question:
I´m quite used to seeing my char in my inventory window. I can´t remember any option during install of 4.8.4 to choose something like slim or normal version of the inventory window. So it´s quite normal for this version and any older version to just show my inv bags and armor pieces but no char picture? I simply can´t get used to it, so perhaps there´s an older version swhoing the char too?

And a second question:
Since new versions keep coming so fast it would be nice to know which files can be saved for "custom presets" (video options). I tried to copy my old "eq2ui_custompreset1.xml" which inlcudes all my graphic changes from version 4.8.3 into the new version but sadly it didn´t work. It´s really annoying to change all settings again and again for saving the new presets. Is keeping old presets by overwriting new version xml.files possible at all?

edit: ok forget what I said about presets...it worked...just forgot to restart the game.

I didn´t delete my question because some people might be reminded to save their old preset.xml before installing your new version.
