Smaller hotkeys?

Just downloaded that hotbar UI after seeing your reply on the official boards.

I do however have a request.
I have no idea if it's possible but i ask anyway.


Is it possible to program it so that we can scroll through the different hotbars with our mousewheel when having cursor over hotbar instead of doing shift 1-0
