That window is file eq2ui_popup_zoneteleporter.xml

I plan to set its default size somewhat wider and will see if I can get it to accept window settings (kinda doubt this is possible since its a popup).

I hope to have a minor patch for this window and the target windows up soon. Possibly an update for the group window too.
