you may want to check out this program i made for figuring out the location of the icons. you can just give it the zone rect, icon size, and then the in game location and it will give you the x,y coordinate for where it should be on the image.

EDIT: i will even make the edges closer in for you if you want. i would just need the log file for the zone and the locations for all the points. you will still get all the credit for it (my name wont be on it anywhere )
