I am not that familiar with x64, but my guess is if you go under the properties of the program Icon, you should be able to set it to run in 32 bit mode. Just a guess, like I said, but XP has always included a simulation to prevoius windows as an option(not that it always works well.. but...).
I am actually curious if this function does exist, I am probably 6 months out from going to a 64 bit platform myself(although the new AMD FX cpus include a secondary 32 bit processor built in.. so that may change the functionality considerably.. hmmm).
