There is a post on EQII Vault that was on the front page a couple weeks ago - sorry I don't have the link but I looked at the post last night. If you search the archived news for the week of October 20 or October 27 (can't remember which) you'll see tha article. It's called something like "EQII Evaluation Performance" and has recommended settings for low, mid, and high end systems. There was also a great post on the beta boards reviewing what the settings do and recommended settings, but afaik, the beta boards are wiped.
