Verified Fix for Rivervale East loading problem

jop, map showing up everytime now, one remaining problem is that the map is a bit off, about 5 mm to east and south.
this is a constant ofset, so if somebody gives me a hint what parameter to tune i can adjust it to move map north and westwards
