Notes causes crash and blank windows

I have found that on a few systems the output file can cause crashes because the encodeing is ANSI and not UTF-8 ... Been looking into this, and by all rights it should be building UTF-8 files as to why its not I dunno lol

They only seem to be a problem depending on the content and number of pages, For example I been working on a version that still allows you to add the notes but will automaticly produce 5 harvesting info pages as well, Its the generation of these harvesting pages in the version I have that will cause a crash 99% of the time and as Ger spotted the only difference between the same file made in the UI builder and the generated file is in the encoding

So I am working on that off and on...

Far as I know the version in the downloads section will work with most systems without causing a crash..
