Could this tool be used for Star Wars Galaxies?

SOE is changing the SWG UI and for many it's just a horrible change.

So knowing about this for EQ2 I was wondering if it could be used for SWG

Its my understanding SWG's interface is hardcoded (otherwise swginterface.com would be active). EQ1 and EQ2's interface use XML and the tool for EQ2 only allows you to change the EQ2 interface XML in a more of a visual way.

If you have information that they are going to a xml based interface system please post a link or direct us to some info.
