Question about Clusters.

Is there a good automatic way to combine two POI to a cluster?

in Zek
802 and 1413 are nearly the same.
I was only able to see 802 uid in game and 1413 uid on the website otherwise i would have no clue what poi that is

same with 731 and 16736 poi. you can hardly see that there are two dots on the map
