Does your eq2.ini file only contain the code to enable antialiasing, for the Updater to work correctly it needs to have the correct call outs to point to your custom UI folder also. If you do not have a custom UI folder, and nothing but the Antialiasing is called out in the eq2.ini the updater has no idea where to put the new EQ2MAP folder because there is nothing in the ini file to point the updater where to put the files.
