Ah I guess I missunderstood, guess you were calling the new SOE simple con system ghey.
Anyways, you can delete the Level and LevelLabel objects from the v0 pages of both the Target window and Implied Target window and increase the size of the Info object to 168,13 if you want.
You might also wanna consider
this newer Targets mod. Now with the 3 bar styles, it might be more to your liking
