OK, figured it out. I don't know why, but if I try to open a .svg file by just double clicking on it, Inkscape messes up and won't work with it correctly. I have to open up Inkscape, then load the image in and then export it. Weird.

Oh well, at least I got it figured out. In any case, the zone map has already been posted in the forum anyways.
