Replace UI/images/loadscreens/random/drawing_01.dds with another DDS of your choice. Trash the others.

If trashing the others causes problems, just dupe your image a enough times to replace them all

Haven't tried this, but I'd bet it's pick list isn't hardcoded, rather a directory listing.
