Odd Pet Window Request/Question

Well, you got me lots of kisses, so I think she's happy with it. Now I'm really curious how it is that I read somewhere that the buttons aren't movable, but they move with the window resize. /shrug Something else for me to try and figure out. Again, thank you for the help
