Free Fast Travel.... Move the "Quick Access Teleport" button?

HI

I am having trouble seeing the fast r=travel icon. I can hover over the area and get the tooltip up . I can even click and fast travel works. I just cant see th e icon. This is the same with the map full screen.

I am thinking the icon file is missing but I don't know what to do
