OK - I think I got it fixed

Upon re-checking in Norton Anti-Virus, I finally figured it out - It was my Virus protection - it had my EQ2 updater program listed as "Blocked" on its trust list. Funny how that just seemed to happen, with no input from me

Oh well - at least it seems to be working now.
