Server not found

finally got the server to load. uninstalled java again and re-installed it. Version 7, build 45. Now I have another issue. The install in not creating a desktop icon, so I can't tell it to run with admin rights. I've clicked the button reset shortcuts multiple times and still no shortcut to set admin rights
