Help I cant see the detrimental window

Try using the Locator to bring it to say 100,100. You can access the locator via FetishCentral via the menu (you might have to set a hotkey for it in options first), then pick the detriments window via the dropdown and hit move.

If that doesn't work, you can try editing your characters uisettings.xml file to manually change the location of the detrimentals window. If even that doesn't work, try starting fresh with a new layout by renaming your character's uisettings.xml file in your EQ2 directory.
