Issues with a new install

I've tryed that and i only use firefox IE and google browser are very buggy I get the message as I start the launcher it up dates the files but gives the error message each time i have it routed to the right file path also. I have been a long user of PUI cant hardly stand any other ui

I also turned off my fire wall just to make shore that that wasn't blocking the install and made shore my java was up to date im just so confused atm
