Extra auto attack bar

I had to move the eq2 folder to a new drive and now I seem to have 2 auto attack bars. One is obviously from profit as it turns off using the options. Where did the other come from? I have to assume the default one. But I see no way to remove or turn it off in eq2. Any idea where or how this is being activated?
