Ui Help!!!!!

ok so i had a complete crash on my computer and had to reinstall eq2 and everything that goes with it. when i went to install the profit ui it will not install to my system.... it keeps popping up with an error message from java saying slash recv...... something.... i can't get anything to work right. anyone have any help for me
