Sending tell to people after C2C-ish

Hi

I was trying to add a tell to my groupwindow-mod (and I have done a search, but couldn't find anything).
Example button:

I have also tried: parent.Name.text
but I keep getting: "That is not a valid charactername" ingame.

How do I add a /tell ?
