Player window with built in hotkeys

I'm having trouble with the current player UI's out there and can't seem to find one that fits my needs. I play fighters almost exclusively, as such I neither have a cure spell nor do I possess the knowledge to create a UI piece that would have what I'm looking for.

What I'd like is a player window with invisible hotkey buttons that fill the same space that the arcane/noxious/elemental debuffs are in added on that you could drag a potion onto like a normal hotkey rather than one that automatically casts cure on myself.
