Right-Click Help menue

Don't know if I am right here but try.

Situation:

If I make a "right mouse click" upon the hotkey's I receive a menu with 4 possible actions. One of the four is " Erase all hotkeys"

Question:

Is it possible to dislable this "erase all" function or to enable a security question i.e. "are you sure,--> yes-no"

Perhaps you can help me.
