Help with PentaStyle Maintained Standalone

I am currently using the default interface (actually, the EQ2Map program).

I have tried to install the following stand alone add-on:

which is the "Penta Style Maintained Stand alone (MirageKnight edit)" buff window.

Installation is pretty straight forward.. I've copied the xml file as well as the images folder into my "C:\Program Files\Sony\EverQuest II\UI\EQ2MAP" folder. I am still getting the default buff windows...

As a test, I've installed in the same directory another mod for the target/implied windows and those show up fine.

Any ideas? Is there something (file?) I am missing for this to work?
