fatal error

I when I try to camp or log to my character select I get kicked out and receive a message that says fatal error.
Everquest II has dectected an unrecoverable error and must shutdown. <verify> D:\test\eq2\game\client\src\NCS2.cpp(1868) Missing Required Window : NCS2Slideshow

Any have any Idea how to fix this problem? I cannot create/delete any toons either.
