Shutdown mod with Character Select

Is it possible to use the technique in the persona window that extracts the class and level of a Character and apply it to the tool tip for the Character button on the shutdown mods with Character select?

Might experiment with it but if someone knows that it can not work I wont bother (not a programer... just not scared to try)
