Acheivement Points Window

For some reason I get a bunch of broken black space with my Acheivement Points Window (the window that shows the acheivement tree and where you spend your points)

I don't have any mods on this particular window so I find it odd that it's broken. Any clues as to what other mods may be affecting this or any fixes out there?
