I really have no idea why it crashes for you and so far you seem to be the only one where that is happening.

Have you customized and of the preset files, the level ranges, anything?
Are you playing on a localized server or on an English language server?
Does it really crash once you open the window or only when you take specific action?
Does it crash every time?
Does it also crash if you open the broker window via the control center, i.e. while you are not at a broker?

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
